In addition to encouraging our colleagues to ‘speak up’ – which covers anything which doesn’t look or sound right including inappropriate banter and behaviours, we encourage colleagues to call out anything which they consider as unsafe through our RALF (report and learn forms) which they have the organisations full support. Coupled with our network of trained mental-health first aiders and the 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme we have the tools to support colleagues in need of support or advice for their mental health.
